Good Morning! Is it possible that life is actually very simple?
I’m starting to believe that it actually IS…but we muck it up sooo bad with our conflicting thoughts, beliefs, feelings and actions.
But have no fear…there is still hope for us all.🙏😘
It all comes down to our thoughts and being intentional about what we choose to focus on.
In addition to our thoughts…our corresponding feelings are absolutely key.
As Earl Nightingale said “We become what we think about.”
What we think about influences how we feel. Your feelings are incredibly powerful. If you are feeling happy, grateful and excited most of the time…incredible things start to happen.
On the other hand if you are feeling angry, sad and doubtful most of the time…you’ll continue to produce results in your life that are less than favourable.
So how can you begin to improve your thoughts/ feelings? I want you to intentionally spend an extra 15 min every morning thinking about what you’re grateful for AND thinking about 1 thing you are excited to create in your life. Visualize it. Imagine your dream coming true!🤩Doesn’t that feel wonderful?💝 I’ve been starting to call this the “Bright Zone”.🌟
Life is supposed to feel wonderful. Life is supposed to BE wonderful…you have sooo many manifested dreams that are going to come true for you if you will only allow them to.
Begin getting into the Bright Zone🌟 every morning for 15 min. Do this for 66 days. Then report back to me on your progress. #BrightZone
