Good Morning! Do you have a system in place in order to reach your goals?
Many of you probably made New Years resolutions for 2020 and that’s awesome…as long as you have a system in place to ensure success.
For example if your goal is to lose 15lbs and become more toned…fantastic! How are you going to do that? What system do you have in place?
Your system could include things like:
-Beginning a structured morning routine that includes daily exercise.
-Keeping a Food Journal in your kitchen and tracking what types of food you’re eating/emotional state so you can stay on track.
-Prepping healthy food in advance and planning out a healthy menu.
-Getting an accountability partner to encourage you and help keep you focused on your goal.
-Hiring a coach or trainer if you feel you need support
-Writing down your plan and tracking your progress
-Making a commitment to do all of the above whether you feel like it or not. Some days you won’t feel like it but push yourself through the motions and once you get going you’ll feel amazing!!
Goals are excellent for setting a direction but systems are best for actually making progress. Learn to love your system…which is essentially your daily habits. If you focus on doing the right habits and following your system…eventually you will either meet your goals or exceed them.
